Demolition is underway at the former Maxfield Training Center located in the heart of Downtown Farmington. The building has been vacant for more than a decade is set to become Hillside Townes condominiums.

The City of Farmington sold the former MTC, located at 33000 Thomas Street in downtown Farmington, to residential developer Robertson Brothers in May. Hillside Townes will be a single-family attached residential condominium development consisting of seven 3-story buildings that will have 53 living units.
